Our Leadership Team

The President and CEO of KeySource HCI, LLC, Keith, provides human capital consulting services to prime contractors of DOE, DoD, NNSA, EM, NASA,and NDA, in addition to commercial clients.  Keith is also the Co-founder of The KeySource Group, Inc., a business management and human capital consulting company founded in 2001.

As Executive Director for KeySource HCI, LLC, David participates in developing talent acquisiton strategies for KeySource HCI clients.  During David's 30-year career, he has held project management and senior executive positions supporing commercial and government clients.  David is also a Principal and Co-founder of The KeySource Group Inc.

Wendy, Vice President of KeySource HCI, LLC, is a Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR).  A hands-on Practice Manager providing executive and technical recruiting guidance to nuclear and energy clients. Over the course of her 15 year career, Wendy has established an international network of relationships based on many successful executive search projects.

The Vice President of Administrative Services for The KeySource Group, Inc., Marianne manages the organization's day-to-day financial, contractual, and business services responsibilities.  She is an astute and dependable administrator dedicated to ensuring contract compliance and organizational efficiency. 

As Project Director for KeySource HCI, LLC., Maribeth specializes in developing and executing creative methodologies to identify and attract passive candidates.  Maribeth's executive search career spans 15 years.  Her expertise is in her abilities to attract and hire thriving technical, engineering, and commercial nuclear professionals.

Kim is a Senior Researcher & Project Manager for KeySource HCI, LLC. Over 14 years of experience as a dedicated researcher has resulted in Kim's ability to continually replenish the pipeline of qualified, interested, and desirable candidates. She is a resourceful project manager employing various tools, techniques, and strategies to ensure successful project completion.

The Project Manager of Knowledge Resources for The KeySource Group, Inc., Wendy, joined KeySource in 2005. She provides project research, information management, market analysis, and financial business services to the KeySource family of companies.  Wendy also manages KeySource's proprietary candidate eLibrary and internal information database.

As a Senior Researcher for KeySource HCI, LLC., Janet's capabilities have consistently led to the identification of candidates for difficult and critical to fill positions.  Janet also maintains KeySource's eLibrary, ensuring the accuracy of candidate records while upholding the organization's high standards of confidentiality.
