KeySource HCI has successfully delivered a wide-array of consulting assignments for clients ranging from Fortune 50 firms to small businesses. Central to our human capital consulting support is a fundamental understanding of organizational cultures and human behavior, grounded in the belief that all organizations have room for improvement.
Representative consulting assignments include:
- Designing, developing and implementing the workforce transition program at the former DOE Rocky Flats plant; transitioning 4,000 contractors, subcontractors, union and Federal workers. This project was widely regarded as the benchmark large-scale DOE workforce transition program
- Conducting a comprehensive culture change assessment program for the Idaho National Laboratory, and authoring the workforce transformation road map to match changing missions
- Performing a leadership and organizational assessment for a United Kingdom-based nuclear utility; resulting in organizational design, senior management changes and substantial operational performance improvements.
- Executing an in-depth organizational assessment at a global EPC firm for their corporate strategic communications department. This assessment and our recommendations resulted in systemic organizational and senior personnel changes in corporate marketing, communications and political affairs
- Writing the workforce transition and transformation plan at the DOE Savannah River Site. Inventorying human capital assets, conducting employee interviews and on-boarding, implementing workforce communications and benefit programs, and associated other tasks.
- Routinely leading the development and implementation of organizational design strategies, conducting leadership assessments, defining project/program leadership team roles and responsibilities, planning and implementing team building, and providing executive coaching for multiple large clients pursuing new business growth opportunities
- Conducting an organizational assessment on how to best integrate and leverage an integrated human capital strategy between two plant sites with differing operating missions and cultures to drive operational efficiencies and achieve cost reduction at a federal contractor working for the National Nuclear Security Agency,
